1. Agreement

By accessing or using ExactMoney.App (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

ExactMoney.App offers both free and paid subscription plans. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor, Stripe.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store or handle your full payment details directly.
• Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
• You may cancel anytime via your account billing page or by contacting support@exactmoney.app.
• Upon cancellation, access to premium features remains active until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless required by law.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with reasonable prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent or abusive activity.

5. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us permission to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing app functionality, backups, and customer support.

6. Payments via Stripe

All credit and debit card transactions are processed through Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Stripe handles the collection and processing of your payment information. We only receive limited data (such as your email, billing status, and payment success/failure) to manage your subscription.

7. Disclaimer

ExactMoney.App is a personal finance tracking tool. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All results, projections, and balances are for informational purposes only. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if continued use poses a security or legal risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
